What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of ollidocit.com, the website for OlliDoc.it. They do not cover the OlliDoc.it home-care service, which is not live yet and will have its own agreements covering bookings, payment, visits, and the responsibilities of families, caregivers, and partners.

What this website is

An informational site describing a home-care service in its Atlanta validation phase, operated by New National Health Group of Atlanta, Georgia.

Descriptions here are of a service being built. Where a page says something is planned, designed, or on the roadmap, read it as exactly that. Visit records, caregiver cards, booking summaries, and other illustrative panels use example information and are labelled as such.

Nothing is bookable yet

No care can be booked or arranged through this website. Joining the waitlist is not a booking, a request for service, or a promise that support will be available in your area or on your schedule.

For caregivers, joining the waitlist is not a job offer and does not guarantee work, employment, or assignments.

Not medical advice, and not an emergency service

Nothing on this site is medical advice. OlliDoc.it offers non-medical home care and does not provide medical or nursing services.

This website is not an emergency service. If someone needs urgent help, call 911.

Nothing here constitutes insurance coverage, or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.

What you submit

When you submit a form you confirm the information is yours to give and is accurate. Please do not submit health information about yourself or anyone else — this website is not built to receive it.

How we handle submissions is described in our privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to systems behind it, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.

Our content

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to New National Health Group unless stated otherwise. Cited research belongs to its authors and is referenced, not reproduced.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it, and content will be updated as the service develops.

These terms will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed agreement before the service launches.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
