What this notice covers

This covers ollidocit.com, the website for OlliDoc.it. The OlliDoc.it home-care service is not live yet. When it is, it will carry its own notice covering visit records and the other information a booking involves — information this website deliberately does not collect.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of two forms.

The waitlist asks for your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and ZIP code. If you are arranging care, it asks who the care is for (for example, a parent), the kind of support, when it may be needed, and roughly how many hours a week. If you are a caregiver, it asks about your role, experience, availability, and transport. Both sides can add a message.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, the role that best describes you, and a message.

What we do not collect

No medical or health information, no details about anyone’s condition, no insurance, payment, or bank details, no Social Security numbers, and no credential documents or background-check authorizations. Please do not include any of these in a message.

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no cookies set by us. We do not buy contact data or enrich what you give us with data from elsewhere.

Our hosting provider processes standard request logs, including IP addresses, in the ordinary course of serving the site. We also keep a short-lived, in-memory record of IP addresses solely to limit repeated form submissions.

Why we collect it

To tell you about the Atlanta launch, to reply to you, and to understand what families and caregivers need so the first version of the service fits them. Answers about hours and timing help us decide what to launch first.

Email

When you join the waitlist we send you one confirmation email, and our team receives a copy of your answers so a person can follow up. After that we only email you about the Atlanta launch. If you gave a phone number, we will not text you unless you separately agree to it.

Where it is stored

In a database hosted in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. The public website can add a submission but has no ability to read one back. Only the OlliDoc.it team can.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

We rely on service providers — for hosting, the database, and sending email — who process data on our behalf under their own terms and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until it is no longer needed for the reason you gave it to us, or until you ask us to delete it. We have not yet set a fixed retention schedule; when we do, it will appear here.

Your choices

Write to contact@NNHG.us to see what we hold about you, correct it, leave the waitlist, or have it deleted. We will delete on request without needing a reason.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights. We will honor them whether or not this notice has caught up with naming them.

Children

This website is for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

When this changes materially we will update the date at the top. Before the service launches, this notice will be replaced by one reviewed by counsel that covers the service as well as the website.
